We are committed to our customer’s satisfaction.  If within 30 days you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund less shipping and restocking fee. The product must be free of defect. A $100 restocking fee will apply and the product must be shipped in the original box.

Note: A battery that was installed on a bike and used cannot be returned.

You may return defective products (with free shipping) within 30 days and receive a full refund. Please contact us for a return authorization support@ativsolutions.com.

All products can be returned if unopened within 30 days of ship date, but will be charged a $100 restocking fee. 

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement.

Shipment
If a shipment is damaged or contains parts not part of your order, contact us immediately. We are not responsible for returns due to incorrect mailing addresses or the order of incorrect products. Any returns due to an incorrect address or incorrect order will be charged the full shipping cost and restocking fee.

Installation
Detailed instructions are shipped with every unit to ensure proper installation.  Units that have been improperly used or installed cannot be returned. 
One of the most common reasons for return is improper sizing of a system to a given platform.  To ensure highest customer satisfaction, please review the fitting guides and Frequently Asked Questions page (fAQ). You can also contact us with detailed information of bicycle make and model at support@ativsolutions.com before your order to make sure a system will fit your needs. 

Return Limitations
Any system or part of a system improperly installed or used will not be available for return.  Examples of improper use are:

• Modifying the battery to be used with a different controller, throttle, or motor than the one shipped
• Over-discharge of the battery (please review our FAQ). 
  Important:  Recharge after every use to ensure maximum battery life.
• Extreme exposure to water can cause battery packs to develop shorts or corrode.  All batteries sold by ATIV Solutions come in a protective casing or bag that provides splash-proof protection from water and the elements if installed correctly.
• Mounting the controller upside down or in such a way that water will enter through connector openings.  
• Insecure mounting; excessive vibration could cause damage to the controller.

The systems provided by ATIV Solutions must be installed according to the owner’s manual or installatoin guide. Great care is taken to provide a complete owner’s manual that specifies all pertinent information for proper installation of a system.  However, we can not predict every bicycle our systems will be installed on so please contact us at support@ativsolutions.com and we will be happy to provide you any additional support you need.
